Cinnamon Pancakes.

I'm thinking I never blogged about these pancakes.
(And I wanted to share.)

My Mom and I went on a little 2-day get-away back in Jan. and we ate our supper at a Cracker Barrel.
Prego that I am, wanted breakfast for dinner. And I order their platter of Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Pancakes.
Oh. My. Word!
The best thing since sliced bread! (Or anything else I had been craving at the time.)
So after we got home, I thought to myself, "I can re-create those pancakes."

I googled for a homemade pancake recipe and found "Good Old Fashioned Pancakes Recipe".
From there I just added my own amount of Cinnamon.
And b/c I was also thinking of making some for Hubs, I got out my heart-shaped cookie cutter to mold my pancakes. Worked great!

Once your pancakes are fried up, serve under butter and sprinkle on some brown sugar.
Yum!!!!
