I'm thinking my Little-Bit must be having a growth-spurt. I'm hungry all the time now. Eating small meals every 2-3 hours. Hubs is always turning around and saying, "Again?" Yes, dear, again. lol. I can't seem to help it. At least I'm not like some of the girls at work who ate every time you blinked an eye. The last girl who had a baby gained 60 lbs....I have only gained 20. And I USUALLY eat pretty healthy. It's not like I eat a lot of junk food...though I will admit, I've had my weak moments. ;) Just 10 more weeks to go! Cannot believe how fast time has flown. It won't be long now, until Little-Bit is in my arms and I'll be kissing her sweet little face! :) *sigh* (Random Mind goes into baby-mode.....)
(...snapping out of it....)
Let's see here. Today I crocheted another Mary-Jane Bootie. This week I have crocheted 5 of these baby booties in less than 3 days. The 2 I made yesterday, somehow ended up being two different sizes. I had just enough of the same yarn to make one more matching one. They are so cute! I cannot wait to try them on my Little-Bit when she gets here. :) I really thought making baby booties would be hard, but it's really not and I picked up really quick on the tutorial! I have all of these cute designs in my head, now that I've learned the basics. I'll share a couple photos that I took this evening. I was going to try and save them for the scavenger hunt challenge, but I really would like to share, at least one, now. :)
The first pair (to your left), is the very first pair I tried to make.
The second pair, was my second try.
I figure the first pair will be good for later, while the 2nd pair should fit her when she is born.
I'm just happy that you can tell they look like little shoes. (Or at least I can tell. LoL.)
Tonight I have been working hard at making sure I have all of my pictures for this week edited & ready to go. Speaking of which...I have a couple of sessions I really need to mail out! When clients say, "please take your time, there is no rush", more than likely I am really going to take that to heart. And since we got pregnant, I haven't had a lot of time to work on edits. Really should make the time. Ten more weeks, unless God says other wise, and I really need to get these mailed out!
I had a really nice Valentine's Day. My Sweet Hubs surprised me with little sweet, yet simple, surprises. It truly is the simple things in this life that make me happy. And he knows the way to my heart.
Love that man!
I took pictures, but will have to share later. I had no idea that it was 12:09 already! My goodness!
I have a big day tomorrow, I better try and get some shut-eye.
Good-night world!
